1. Proof of residency – A copy of any utility bill or bank statement or such other proof which is not more than 3 months old. (Eg: Electricity, Water, Telephone bills etc.
   
   
2. A Copy of national identity card (NIC) or valid passport- Local Individual

Please Note:

• Copy of the NIC should be certified as a true copy the original by a Solicitor, Attorney –at –law.
• When filling the application forms please avoid using correction fluid.
• Applicant’s signature has to be witnessed by two persons.
• If the account is to be opened using a Power of Attorney (POA) a copy of a valid POA is required.
